What are the conditions for a Return Refund Request?
You can apply for a return with the following reasons:
- I did not receive the product(s) (e.g. missing item, parcel lost in transit)
- I received incomplete product(s) (e.g. incomplete sets, incomplete parts)
- I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
- I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched)
- I received faulty product(s) (e.g. malfunctioned, cannot be used)
However, customers are advised to notify us at info@shopmed.my by quoting the order number and the product details. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable. Customers have to make sure the measurement of every part of the body fit the measurement of the given sizing chart because HQ does not entertain any exhange due to sizing mistake by customers.

We offer both domestic and international delivery services via myGDEX Malaysia. MyGDEX Malaysia is a next-day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days (excluding specific pre-order items), please contact andrea@fusionscientific.com.my
